Kinetic Electric partnered with Big Horn Custom Builders to build a complete electrical system for a 2,915 square foot semi-custom home. Work included building the electric service, complex lighting layouts, and precise execution of plans from designer and builder. Thanks to our clear communication plan and our team’s extreme attention to detail, we were able to work with the homeowner and the builder to implement on-the-fly changes in our scope of work in order to satisfy both the customer and the builder.

We worked with Old Town Design Build to install a complete electrical system for a 4,175 sq ft home in downtown Fort Collins. Work included building the electric service, high end lighting with very detailed layout considerations, and working from detailed power schematics to deliver an accurately crafted finished product. Used our years of collective experience to create solutions for unique installation considerations

Complete electrical system for 6,100 sq ft new custom home including 320A electric service with whole house generator backup capability. Work included layouts from detailed architectural plan sets and customizations from home owner and builder requests. The end product speaks for itself, as you can see elsewhere on our website!

Kinetic Electric installed a complete wiring system for 5,627 sq ft custom home with a modern architectural aesthetic for Horizon Builders of Lyons, CO. Work included building the electric service, installing a beautiful lighting system from detailed reflected ceiling plans and lighting design elevation drawings, and providing power to high efficiency HVAC systems. Great care was taken by the Kinetic Electric team to deliver a clean finished product for the electrical system to meet the aesthetic and code requirements of the project.
